Steven Fry, a British actor and writer, was being interviewed for a British TV show. The interviewer asked him if he had read the book of the same name by Dan Brown, and Fry replied that he did not. Fry did not like the book, but he did say it was a good title. The interviewer then asked him to read some of the parts of the book.
Fry went through several of them and asked what they were about. The interviewer told him they were about the alleged conspiracy in the Catholic Church called "The Da Vinci Code."
